The following instructions apply to persons summoned by the State's Attorneys Office for criminal cases in the Circuit Court on  Monday, 12/12/16.  

ALL DEFENDANTS SHOULD APPEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THEIR ATTORNEY. THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFENDANTS.  
 
If your case is not mentioned below, please call the office before coming to court. The office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have any questions you may call during that time. The number is (410-638-3243) ext. 2 or 3.  Thank you.

Stand-by: We place witnesses on stand-by as a courtesy to them, so that they may wait at home or work while cases are worked out and prioritized.  Witnesses often do not have to report to court when they are placed on stand-by, however, if needed the witness will be given time to report to court.  Please call and leave your phone number where you can be reached.
