The proposed Fiscal Year 2011 Operating and Capital budgets for Harford County demonstrate a commitment from County Executive David R. Craig to balancing requests from the public to an equitable allocation of available resources.

Sound financial management practices and the use of strategic planning and effective communication have enabled the Administration to adequately fund facilities, programs and resources that focus on the principal initiatives of Public Safety, Efficiency in Government, Economic Opportunity, Environmental Stewardship, and Quality of Living for the citizens of Harford County for FY 11.
