Variances, proposed for the Fourth Election District, 2800 Fallston Road, Fallston, by 2800 FALLSTON, LLC and DOLGENCORP, LLC.  Appealed because a variance, pursuant to Section 267-33I(5)(b) of the Harford County Code, to allow a wall sign large than the permitted 10 square feet (50 square feet proposed), in the Village Business District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
