HENRY, SARA & THOMAS BURDEN - 1804 Chapel Road, Havre de Grace
Special exception and variances, and/or interpretation, proposed for the Sixth Election District, 1804 Chapel Road, Havre de Grace, by HENRY, SARA & THOMAS BURDEN. Appealed because a special exception, pursuant to Section 267-88D(2) of the Harford County Code, to allow a motor vehicle repair shop; and a variance from Section 267-88D(2)(g) to allow a motor vehicle repair shop operated by a non-resident of the property, and an interpretation, or, in the alternative, a variance regarding the 90 day limitation contained in Section 267-88D(2)(c), to allow storage of vehicles inside a building for a period longer than 90 days in the Agricultural District, requires approval by the Board of Appeals.
