 BUILDING PERMIT FEES:   The following fees shall be charged for building permits. All fees apply to each unit. However, square foot costs include those usable portions of a structure that are enclosed, including basements or cellars. Attics and top-half storage, where the ceiling is less than 5 feet (60 inches), are excluded.
