72-Hour Walk thru request procedure
1.) Please download 72-hour walk thru request form.
2.) The applicant will make payment of $50.00 to Harford County Government or if you elect to make your payment with our website (www.harfordcountymd.gov/payments), applying the walk-thru money to the water and sewer account number. You may also make your payment over the phone at: 1-800-272-9829, when making your payment via this method please select option three for County payment enter Jurisdiction code 3016, select option three once again and enter your Water and Sewer account number and credit card information. You will have to contact our office to once the payment is made: 410-638-3311, with the confirmation number.
3.) Fax your completed 72-hour walk thru request and current listing agreement to: 410-893-3601.
