Leight Estuary Center Purpose: To facilitate the ability of researchers to perform long term studies in the Chesapeake Bay. To provide education based on research. To increase public awareness and appreciation of estuarine ecosystems. Directions Otter Point Road 1/2 mile south of Pulaski Highway (US 40) Park Features This 93-acre park consists of wooded uplands overlooking Otter Point Creek and is retained in a natural state for trail hiking, bird watching, and passive environmental recreation.
