Description of Proposed Development: Site is 2.77 acres in size. Two buildings are proposed for this site. One is approx. 5,456 sf, proposed to be used by SECU Credit Union. The second building will be approx. 14,700 sf, proposed to be used as a medical clinic and general office uses.
