220 South Main Street, Bel Air Maryland on or before the date/time specified. Bids or proposals received after
time specified will be returned unopened.
NOTICE ABOUT ADDENDA:
Addenda to Bids and RFP’s may occur at any time prior to the due date. Bidders/Offerors must regularly check
the website to ensure acknowledgement of all addenda as required.
