SUSCEPTIBILITY TO CHANGE...

The second day of the workshop consisted of a presentation of findings for the Quality Community Survey and the Visual Preference Survey. Participants rated each parcel and building according to their condition and susceptibility to be redeveloped. The following color codes were used.

High Susceptibility to change (red) Red Square
One-story deteriorated or vacant buildings, underutilized parking areas or land uses that are visually unacceptable or pose a concern for safety; likely candidates for redevelopment.

Moderate Susceptibility to change (orange) Orange Square
Deteriorating buildings that still have some use in it and need significant improvement; likely candidates for redevelopment or revitalization.

Low to moderate Susceptibility to change (yellow) Yellow Square
Reasonably good condition but need improvement; may need minor revitalization.

Low Susceptibility to change (green) Green Square
New buildings, buildings in good condition or with historic value; no or minimum revitalization needed.
