Seasons Hospice & Paliative Care is a specialized program of care provided for patients who are facing a terminal illness in their families. The Seasons Hospice team provides expertise on pain and symptom management as well as spiritual and emotional support. We are a community-based organization with an ongoing mission to find creative solutions which add quality to life. Services provided are visits by registered nurses, home health aides, spiritual support, trained volunteers, bereavement counseling and support for family members, consultation and emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, coordination of medical equipment, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, music therapy, support groups, and other therapies as indicated in the plan of care.
