The following instructions apply to persons summoned by the State's Attorneys Office for criminal cases in the Circuit Court on Monday, November 23rd, 2009 .

ALL DEFENDANTS SHOULD APPEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THEIR ATTORNEY. THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFENDANTS.

If your case is not mentioned below, please call the office before coming to court. The office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have any questions, you may call during that time, 410.638.3500. Thank you.

Witnesses and Victims do NOT need to appear if they were summoned for the following case(s):  

State Vs.......Chanelle Pounds, Charles Grover, Michael Grover, Luke Radford, and Gregory Gill.

Witnesses and Victims in the following case(s) are placed on Stand-By and should call the office at 11:30 am to see if their testimony is needed:

State Vs........Allan Horn, Brian Pearson, Nicole Smith, Tyrone Webster, and  Randy Ervin.

Stand By/Call at 12:00 Noon:  Adam Kidd, Blake Munk, Donald Heald, Joseph Buscaglia, Michael White, Phillip Woods, and  Storme Goodrich.
