The following instructions apply to persons summoned by the State's Attorneys Office for criminal cases in the Circuit Court on Monday,November 9th, 2009 .

ALL DEFENDANTS SHOULD APPEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THEIR ATTORNEY. THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFENDANTS.

If your case is not mentioned below, please call the office before coming to court. The office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm. If you have any questions, you may call during that time, 410.638.3500. Thank you.

Witnesses and Victims do NOT need to appear if they were summoned for the following case(s):

Witnesses and Victims in the following case(s) are placed on Stand-By and should call 410-638-3113 at  11:30 am to see if their testimony is needed:

Witnesses and Victims in the following case(s) should Report to the State's Attorney's Office, in the Circuit Courthouse, 20 West Courtland Street, By 9:00 am.
