SENTENCING DATE FOR WAYNE BOND, JR.
On March 31, 2006 a Harford County jury found Wayne Lavon Bond, Jr. guilty of First Degree Premeditated Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Armed Robbery, Attempted Armed Robbery and Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Crime of Violence in connection with the December 8, 2004 murder of 37 year old Derald Guess, of Edgewood. Bond faces a maximum sentence on the murder count of life without parole, and could receive an additional sixty years for the remaining charges. Sentencing has been scheduled for June 2, 2006 at 9:00 am before the Honorable Thomas E. Marshall.
