ABEOKUTO INDICTED
The Harford County Grand Jury has returned a five count indictment of Jamaal Kenneth Abeokuto. He is charged with Kidnapping and Murder of Marcianna Monyai Ringo as well as First degree Assault, Extortion and Carrying a weapon with intent to injure. Plans to arraign Abeokuto and serve him with the indictment will be delayed until State officials can make arrangements to get custody of Abeokuto.
