DRIVER INDICTED IN DOUBLE FATAL
Christopher Herman Lentz was indicted for motor vehicle manslaughter stemming from the accidents on 7 November 2008. In the second accident Katherine Brady,33 and her son Wilson, 8 were killed, Stephen Brady, 34 was seriously injured.
The indictment charges 2 counts of manslaughter, possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia, 2 counts of reckless driving, 2 counts of crossing the centerline, 2 counts of failing to drive in a designated lane, passing on the shoulder, speeding and speed to great for conditions.
Lentz cntinues to be held at the Harford County Detention Center.
