GUILTY PLEAS IN BY-PASS MANSLAUGHTER CASES
On Thursday, April 9, 2009, Christopher Herman Lentz pled guilty to charges stemming from two accidents that occurred on November 7, 2008. On the first accident the defendant was found guilty of Count 1 Reckless Driving and received a $500.00 fine that was suspended. As to the second accident the defendant was found guilty of Count 4 Vehicular Manslaughter of Katherine S. Brady and sentenced to 10 years in DOC and Count 5 Vehicular Manslaughter of Wilson Brady and sentenced to 10 years DOC consecutive, suspend all but 3 years and Count 12 Possession of Cocaine and sentenced to 4 years concurrent. Upon his release he will be on 3 years of supervised probation
