Bike Mentor Program
Whether you are new to cycling or you have experience but want some pointers on your commute strategy, contact one of our bike mentors. They are friendly, experienced cyclists who are interested in helping people get on the road.
Here is what a Bike Mentor can do:
- Work with you to assess your route strategy
- Provide tips on apparel, technique, and how to handle cycling in traffic
- Accompany you a few times on your trip
Bike Mentor’s cannot do the following:
- Provide legal advice concerning your rights as a cyclist
- Work on mechanical components of your bicycle
- Assess your medical condition and state of health for exercising
