The Highway Maintenance Administrative Office consists of 17 employees who perform Highways dispatching, accounting, procurement, inventory control, timekeeping, and management functions under the supervision of Linda R. Rickey, Chief. Requests for service or questions about road maintenance or snow removal should be directed to our dispatch office Monday thru Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. We will request your name, address, phone number, and specific location of problem you are reporting. This information is logged in at our dispatch office and directed to the appropriate Highways staff. After normal business hours, please leave a message on our voice mail at (410) 638-3532. After 3:00 p.m. weekdays or on weekends, report road emergencies (stop sign down, tree in road, missing manhole cover) to the Sheriffs Office at (410) 838-6600. Please direct correspondence to:
