The current Solid Waste Management Plan guides the County’s solid waste management program from 2005—2014. The Plan is required by and prepared in accordance with Maryland State law.

The Plan has five chapters:

Chapter One:	Goals and Regulatory Framework
Chapter Two:	County Background Information
Chapter Three:	Solid Waste Management in Harford County
Chapter Four:	Assessment of Solid Waste Management Alternatives
Chapter Five:	Solid Waste Management Plan of Action

A $75.00 fee is charged for a copy of the Solid Waste Management Plan, for additional information call the Environmental Services office at 410-638-3018.
