Training Employees in Lean Times
Harford County Water and Sewer Operations developed an in-house training program in 1981, long before in-house
training was a line item in most utility budgets.
Our program would not work without the hard work, dedication and sacrifices of many of our fellow workers who contribute to training personnel and the public at various levels of complexity, frequency and duration.
We are all proud of our system and will continue to strive for additional improvements, flexibility and innovation regardless of the economic situation or circumstances.
