replacement in Mitchell Lane as well as two (2) interconnections between the Church Creek
collector and Parallel Sewer along Route 40. Funds for this project are to be
provided by developer/builder surcharges currently in effect. |

the sewage flow and determine the remaining capacity of the sewage system. |

This project will parallel the existing Bynum Run Interceptor from just south of I-95 and north

phases as determined in the preliminary engineering study. This project will impact the Operating Budget with estimated increased costs
of $10,000.00 per year for clearing easement areas. |
