AVAILABILITY INQUIRY
"Is Public Water and/or Sewer Available To Your Property?"
 To determine if public water and/or sewer is available to your property please contact the Water and Sewer Administration Office at 410-638-3300 or stop in at the 2nd Floor of 212 S. Bond Street, in Bel Air. Normal office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Tell the person answering the telephone or the receptionist that you are inquiring about availability of public water and sewer. A representative of our Drafting Section will assist you in determining if public utilities are available to your property. To assist our staff in responding to your inquiry, it would be helpful if you have as much or all of the following information as possible:
- Is the property located within an incorporated municipality/town?
- Community or subdivision in which property is located
- Street address
- Property owner’s name
- Tax map number
- Parcel number
- Lot number
- Is the property improved or unimproved? (Is there an existing dwelling?)
- Nearest intersection or cross-street
If your property is located within one of the three incorporated municipalities (Bel Air, City of
Aberdeen, or the City of Havre de Grace), service is not provided by Harford County
Water and Sewer Division your inquiry can more effectively be responded to by
representatives of their Public Works Department.
