| Mission
Statement |
| The mission of the Harford County Division of Water
and Sewer is to provide potable water and public sewerage service for the
county citizens through cost effective management and maintenance of our infrastructure
while meeting the ever-increasing challenges of continual growth, and to protect our
natural environment. |
