APPLICATION DEADLINE: Before any election, neither the
State Administrator nor any election director may respond to an application for a voter
registration list unless the application was filed on or before the registration deadline.
Applications received after that date shall be returned. (COMAR
33.03.02.05B). [ View Election Calendar]
Listings: $.005 per name with a $5.00 minimum.
Lists may be purchased with multiple parameters, i.e. all Democrats in 34th
Legislative District, all Republicans in Election District 1-02, etc.
Listings contain the following information: Name, Address (residential and
mailing), Sex, Age and Date of Registration, Affiliation and Congressional,
Legislative, Councilmanic and Election District/Precinct.
Labels: $.02 per label with $5.00 minimum. Labels are
available per individual voter or by household. Household labels are
addressed to "Registered Voter". These can be selected and sorted by
multiple parameters.
CD: Registration records are presented as a flat,
sequential, text file. Records are carriage return delimited.
Costs are $1.00 per 1,000 records with a $5.00 minimum and a $10.00 set-up
fee. A $2.00 charge for CD will also be issued.
CD contains the following information: Name, Address
(residential and mailing), Election District/Precinct, Affiliation, Date of
Registration, Date of Birth, Sex, Voter History (last 10 years),
Congressional, Legislative and Councilmanic Districts.
Street Directory: An alpha listing of all Harford County
streets and their associated districts. $10.00.
Maps: 3.5' x 2.5' Harford County wall map defined with the voting
precincts as well as council, legislative, and congressional districts: $15.00.

Elected Officials: Listing of state and local elected
officials. $2.00. Also available on our WEB site.
Election Returns: Returns by precinct for any given
election $4.00/set. Also available on our WEB site.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING VOTER INFORMATION:
All lists, labels, diskettes and tapes must be purchased in
the following manner:

A request form and oath must be signed by a Maryland
registered voter stating, under the penalty of perjury, that the information is not
intended to be used for purposes of commercial solicitation or any other purpose not
related to the electoral process. (Election and Registration
Laws of MD & COMAR 33.03.02.03A and 33.03.02.04)

An estimated prepayment for the information must be made
at the time of ordering. Payments can be made by cash, check or money
order. Make checks payable to Harford County, Maryland. There will be a
$25.00 fee for returned checks.

Your order will be available within ten working days
(maximum). The balance will be due upon pickup of order. If your order is to
be mailed, the postage costs must be included with the prepayment.
