Harford County Executive Barry Glassman honors Senior Deputy John Joseph Miner, Harford County’s longest serving “on the road” deputy in the history of the Sheriff’s Office. The proclamation reads, in part: “Your guiding influence to others and your commitment to the citizens of Harford County have been invaluable. The legislation proposed by Mr. Glassman within his first 10 days in office was passed unanimously by the County Council on January 20, 2015.
