Ages 3-5 years. Meets at the Edgewood Recreation and Community Center. Start Smart is an instructional program that helps parents work one-on-one with their children, children while teaching them a variety of basketball skills including: dribbling/ball handling, shooting, passing/catching, and running/agility. Registration Information: Consists of six (6) sessions. Parent Orientation Meeting will be Tuesday, 1/12/2010 at 10:00am. (Parents Only) Program will meet 10:00-11:00am starting Tuesday, 1/19/2010 thru 2/23/2010. Cost: $40.00. Contact 410-612-1606 for more information.

After School Program:
Children, Grades K-8. Come hang out at The Edgewood Recreation and Community Center. Program runs Monday thru Friday, 9/8/09 thru 6/9/10, from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Work on homework, play in the Game Room, do crafts & participate in other special events. Registration Information: Registration Forms for After School will be available on Monday, 8/24/09. Leader-in-Training:
High School Students are invited to help with the After-School Program at The Edgewood Recreation and Community Center, while gaining leadership experience. Assist children with homework, crafts and computer assignments, along with other projects. Weekdays, 9/8/09 thru 6/9/10, from 3:00pm-6:00pm. |
