DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Take Route 40 to Franklin Street (one block above W. Bel Air Avenue near Wawa). Go 1block on Franklin and make a left on Howard St. to parking. Festival Park is adjacent to City Hall, the library, and Aberdeen Senior Center.
