Arts Program:

BAGUA
Bagua:
Bagua Zhang is a unique fitness program being held at the Churchville Recreation Center for youth through seniors. Classes held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays beginning February 3rd for 5 weeks. Questions? Call the Recreation Office at 410-638-3853 or the Chairperson, Anne, at 443-567-0795.

Fall Dance Program:

Youth Baseball:
Churchville Recreation Council Baseball Program will be holding registration for the 2015 season. We welcome children ages 4 to 19, age determined by the birth chart provided by Babe Ruth League, May 1st in any year shall be the deciding date. BASKETBALL
Basketball:
Adult Drop-In Basketball offered for adults, ages 18 and older.  The drop-in style play offers everyone a chance to come in and hang out with friends.  It's also a great way to stay in shape while having fun.  This program is held on Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Churchville Recreation Center.  For more information call the Recreation Office at 410-638-3853.
Registration Information: Fee: $10 per person per month. Check made payable to Churchville Recreation Council or cash (exact amount only). Participant must submit the registration form, signed copy of the Rules for Adult Programs and payment to the Recreation Office before playing.

BATON
Baton:
NEW PROGRAM! Baton Twirling, Flag Twirling, Rifle Spinning! BOKWA
Winter Bokwa:
Registration being taken for the upcoming Winter Bokwa classes! These are adult fitness style classes for ages 14 and up, being offered at the Churchville Recreation Center. Bokwa classes meet 7:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursdays beginning January 8th for 8 weeks. GOLF
Start Smart Golf:
Ages 4-7; Boys & Girls; Summer; Churchville Recreation Center; The National Alliance for Youth Sports and Harford County Parks and Recreation present the START SMART GOLF PROGRAM. JUMP ROPE
Hoppin Hawks Jump Rope Club:

KARATE
Karate:
American Karate Martial Arts Academy is beginning at the Churchville Recreation Center. The program meets on Mondays and Wednesday, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. This is a great place to start your martial arts training. If you are interested in getting in shape, learning top of the line self-defense, and exploring the art of Karate, then this is the place to be. Registration Information: Monthly fee is $40 plus a one time $10 registration fee. New students can register on the first Monday of each month. Students will also need to purchase a uniform and a patch for $50. Belt testing occurs roughly every 3-4 months. There is a $75 belt testing fee.

LACROSSE
Lacrosse, Spring:
Boys' Spring Lacrosse Season coming! The season will run from March, 2015 til June, 2015. Offered for boys, 6 years of age through 15 years of age. Players will need to provide their own safety equipment. If you do not have a uniform, you will need to purchase one for $85 (include jersey and short). Lacrosse, Winter:

SOCCER
Start Smart Soccer:
The National Alliance for Youth Sports and Harford County Department of parks and Recreation present Start Smart - an instructional program that helps parents work one-on-one with their children while teaching them a variety of skills.  The program focuses on teaching children and their parents basic sport mechanics without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt.  This program promotes Fun, Family and Friends.  Come out and enjoy time with your child.
The Start Smart Soccer program is open for boys and girls, ages 3-5 years old.  This session will be held at the Forest Hill/Hickory Activities Center from 10:00-11:00 a.m., January 15-February 19, 2015.  A Mandatory parent orientation meeting for first time parents will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 1:30 p.m. at the Emmorton Recreation & Tennis Center.  
SOFTBALL
Softball:
Softball registration is coming.  Offered for girls ages 6-18.  Practices and games from April to June, 2015 in the Churchville area.
