We are currently taking students for the NEW Bagua Zhang program which is a unique fitness program being held at the Churchville Recreation Center for youth through seniors. BALLET, TAP, JAZZ & LINE
Fall Dance:
The Fall Dance Program will be taking registration for boys and girls ages 3 through teens.  Weekly classes begin September 10th and run through May, 2016 with a recital at the end.  Classes are held on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays at the Churchville Recreation Center, 111 Glenville Road, Churchville.  Classes being offered in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop and Lyrical.

BASEBALL
Fall Baseball:
Churchville Fall Baseball teams are now forming for the fall season. These leagues are offered for players age 4 to 15. Play will be at local venues and at the Churchville Recreation Center. Leagues offered: Indoor Development and Travel. Team managers and assistant coaches are needed! For more information call the recreation office at 410-638-3853.

Youth Baseball:

BASKETBALL
Basketball:
Youth Basketball will be holding in-person registration on Wednesday, September 9th, 6:00-8:30 pm at the Forest Hill/Hickory Activities Center and Saturday, September 12th, 10:00 am-3:00 pm at Forest Lakes Elementary School Recreation Room, located on the back side of the school.  For on-line registration go to the website at www.foresthillrec.com, click on Basketball link and follow the instructions for on-line registration.  The on-line registration ends September 19th.  This program is offered for Boys and Girls, ages 5 through 18 and is held at various locations as it is a shared program with the Forest Hill, Hickory and Churchville Recreation Councils.

NEW PROGRAM! Baton Twirling, Flag Twirling, Rifle Spinning! Registration Information: Full day camp, June 22nd -June 26th, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., $250; Half day camp, August 10th-14th, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, $145. All campers receive: (1) one 2014-2015 Blast Ticket to 4 different Blast games, Baltimore Blast Summer Soccer Camp t-shirt, soccer ball, and professional instruction by Baltimore Blast players and local college players. Soccer Summer Camp:
Soccer Source 360!  Churchville Recreation Council Soccer program is pleased to announce that Soccer Source 360 is coming to Churchville.  This organization is a group of dynamic coaches who are consistently using innovative drills and techniques to improve the young soccer player.  John Dingle is one of the best teaching coaches in the state of Maryland and owner of Soccer Source 360.
The camp will be held at the Churchville Recreation Center, the week of July 20-24 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, 1:00-4:00 p.m. or all day, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  This camp is being offered to boys and girls, ages 5 to 15.
Volleyball Camp:
Summer Volleyball Camp is taking registration for their upcoming program!  This camp will be held Monday through Friday, August 3rd through 7th, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Churchville Recreation Center.  We are accepting boys and girls, ages 10 and up.  For more information call Coach Greg Cullison at 443-255-2070 or email nrg.volleyball@yahoo.com.

Hoppin Hawks Jump Rope Club:
Hoppin' Hawks Jump Rope Club is taking registration for their Fall session!  This program is for boys and girls, ages 5 and up; meets on Thursday evenings at Prospect Mill Elementary School from September 10th through November 5th.

KARATE
Karate:
American Karate Martial Arts Academy is beginning at the Churchville Recreation Center. The program meets on Mondays and Wednesday, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. This is a great place to start your martial arts training. If you are interested in getting in shape, learning top of the line self-defense, and exploring the art of Karate, then this is the place to be. Registration Information: Monthly fee is $95 plus a one time $10 registration fee, minimum 6 month commitment. New students can register on the first Monday of each month. Students will also need to purchase a uniform and a patch for $50. Belt testing occurs roughly every 3-4 months. There is a $75 belt testing fee.

LACROSSE
Lacrosse, Boys':
Boys' Spring Lacrosse Season coming! The season will run from March, 2015 til June, 2015. Offered for boys, 6 years of age through 15 years of age. Players will need to provide their own safety equipment. If you do not have a uniform, you will need to purchase one for $85 (include jersey and short). Start Smart Soccer:
The National Alliance for Youth Sports and Harford County Department of parks and Recreation present Start Smart - an instructional program that helps parents work one-on-one with their children while teaching them a variety of skills.  The program focuses on teaching children and their parents basic sport mechanics without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt.  This program promotes Fun, Family and Friends.  Come out and enjoy time with your child.
The Start Smart Soccer program is open for boys and girls, ages 3-5 years old.  This session will be held at the Forest Hill/Hickory Activities Center from 10:00-11:00 a.m., January 15-February 19, 2015.  A Mandatory parent orientation meeting for first time parents will be held on Thursday, January 8th at 1:30 p.m. at the Emmorton Recreation & Tennis Center.  
SOFTBALL
Softball:
Girls' Summer League Tryouts!  This league is being offered for Girls, ages 9 to 14 years old.  Tryouts are held on Saturday, May 2nd and 9th.  The league will begin mid-June and run for 6-8 weeks.  To register for the tryouts, call Churchville Softball Chairperson, Aaron Keaton, at 443-876-3654.  COACHES ARE NEEDED!
TENNIS
Gold Cup Tennis:

Spring Tennis Classes:

Summer Tennis Classes:

No refunds or makeups for inclement weather; registration after June 6th will be subject to $10 late fee.
