About Us
At the Harford County Department of Community Services, we work daily to meet the needs of our seniors, youth, persons with disabilities, and those struggling to overcome addiction. We work with federal, state, local and private agencies to ensure our community continues to evolve and we remain focused on the best possible services for our citizens and county.
