HARFORD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES' COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT-IN-AID PROGRAM
Private, nonprofit organizations listed under 501 (c) (3) of the IRS, interested in providing human services to Harford County residents are invited to apply for competitive funding. The Grant-In-Aid program is available to provide general program operation funding, and for demonstration programs. HARFORD COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES MARRIAGE LICENSE FEE PROGRAM: Requests for proposals are solicited from organizations wishing to provide battered spouse shelters and domestic violence programs in Harford County.
