Private, nonprofit organizations listed under 501 (c) (3) of the IRS, interested in providing human services to Harford County residents are invited to apply for competitive funding. The Grant-In-Aid program is available to provide general program operation funding, and for demonstration programs. The Department of Community Services focuses on providing funding for programs serving Harford County's low income populations, homeless, the disabled and youth.
