Adult Day Care
Adult Daycare Services serve adults who have health problems and need health and Social Services to help them remain in their home. ADS assist caregivers by providing them with relief from their care giving responsibilities during the day.
Most Provide the following General Services:
- Transportation;
- Meal service;
- Escorts to and from physician appointments;
- Recreation and therapeutic activities.
Financial Assistance includes Medical Assistance, Senior Care, Alzheimer’s Association’s Respite Program and the Veteran’s Administration. There are financial qualifications for most of the above programs, and amount of help is limited in some way.
