General Services Provided:

• Skilled nursing (R.N.s/L.P.N.s);
• Physical therapy;
• Occupational therapy;
• Respiratory therapy;
• Social work services

Financial assistance is available to assist with the cost of home health care. Medicare may pay for home health services. State Medicaid, aging and social service agencies provide or arrange for many of these services through home and community-based waivers and other programs. Also inquire to see if your insurance or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) or Managed Care Organization (MCO) will pay for some of these services.
