Color-Coded Chart
For parents who have trouble reading the labels on prescriptions containers, you can color code both the medicine bottles and the chart. Put a different color mark or sticker on the label of each bottle. Then put the same color mark or sticker on the chart next to the times that medicine should be taken. To make sure one medicine has been consumed, check the space for that date and time, immediately after eating or swallowing medicine.
