Community Development encourages and contributes to the development of healthy, productive, self-sustaining communities throughout Harford County, by creating partnerships with the municipalities, public agencies, civic and community members to identify and begin to address the needs of the citizens and the communities that live within.

Community Development aids in finding resources available to allow public service needs, neighborhood revitalization, capital projects, and human service needs to be addressed in our county.

Our Consolidated Plan describes how Harford County will use federal, state and local funds to address the housing and community development needs of the low to moderate income in our community.
