LOCAL GRANTS:

Grant In Aid program (GIA) - Harford County's Department of Community Services' Community Development Division provides operating funding to eligible non-profit public/private organizations through it's Grant In Aid program whose mission meet the purpose of the program.
Marriage License Fee (GIA) - Request for Proposal are solicited from organizations wishing to provide battered spouse shelters and domestic violence programs in Harford County. Programs must meet guidelines established by the Maryland State Department of Human Resources.

Homeless Women-Crisis Shelter (HW-CSH) - The Homeless Women-Crisis Shelter (HW-CS) Program is a program funded through the Maryland Department of Human Resources (DHR), which provides shelter, room and board, counseling, and referral services to homeless women and children.
Services Linked Housing (SLH) - Program funded to Harford County through the Department of Human Resources (DHR) provides funds for resident advocates to link low-income residents of permanent housing to community services.

Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) - The Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), provides formula grants to states and local governments that, communities, use, often in partnership with local community-based non-profits
