Focus 2012 ~ Guideposts for Success: A FREE conference for transitioning teens and young adults with special needs, their families, and professionals. Visit with representatives of agencies, organizations, and support groups and attend workshops which address critical issues in the transition process from high school to the adult world.
Workshop Sessions: Workshop topics: employment, including summer internships, college, driving, Social Security benefits and working, money management, estate planning, etc.
Exhibitors: Talk to representatives of service provider agencies, organizations, and support groups from Harford and surrounding counties. Learn more about products and services that can benefit you and your family. Exhibitors will be available to answer questions throughout the day.
