HARFORD COUNTY FAITH PARTNERSHIP COUNCIL
The services of the Harford County Faith Partnership Council will provide to the "faith community" inter-agency workshops (state, local and federal government), training/technical assistance, development and counseling of community and faith-based organizations and grantmanship. Services will assist the faith community in establishing community development programs. Harford County Faith Partnership Council will meet every second Tuesday at 6 p.m. in Edgewood Senior Center.
 
HC COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE
Educational programs, as they relate to agriculture, meeting the needs of small and part-time farmers; rural, non-farm residents; along with urban and suburban clientele. 4-H program provides a full scope of learning experiences for county youth ages 8-18 through project workshops. Life skills learning and leadership development are encouraged. Provides trained volunteer counselors to assist families/individuals in reaching financial goals through debt reduction and asset accumulation.
