Comfort Zone Camp is a fun and safe place for grieving children; it is the second largest bereavement camp for children who have experienced the loss of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver.  Camps are held in Richmond, Virginia and are open to all grieving children from across the country.  Camp was developed by grief specialists to help children grieve. 

Comfort Zone Grief Support Groups help families piece together the emotions and challenges of grief.   Support groups are supervised by licensed grief therapists and are age-appropriate to understand the reality and circumstances of death.  No fee to attend; however, preregistration is required.

A Registered Nurse attends to medical needs like medication administration, blood pressure monitoring and implementing physician orders. Rural Development Program
A Federally funded program which provides comprehensive services to families of children 3-5 yrs. old. 10% of enrollment encompasses disabled children. Eligibility is determined by income. A national not-for-profit organization that supports women who are taking time from full-time paid employment in order to raise their children at home. Mothers and More is for all women dealing with transitions between paid employment and at-home motherhood. It is NOT about opposing mothers who work outside the home. Mothers and More is about respecting, supporting, and advocating for choices in how one combines work and parenting. Many members currently work for pay in some capacity, most on a part-time basis. WORKING MOMS AND DADS OF HARFORD COUNTY
Group was established after growing frustration with the number of Moms groups that meet during the daytime, which excludes working parents.  Furthermore, a key component appears to be missing from those groups, the active participation of fathers.  We hope to discuss all aspects of the unique issues that working parents face, such as balancing family and career, parenting, etc.  Another important goal is to provide support for working parents, not only in the virtual realm; i.e., the Internet, but in person as well.
