The Harford Roundtable is made up of interested individuals, human service agencies, and organizations that provide services to the homeless and those at-risk of homelessness. The Harford Roundtable works to identify the needs of homeless individuals and families; identify gaps in existing services; to plan for ways to fill those gaps; and, to coordinate services to move individuals from homelessness to self-sufficiency. This coordination effort is known as the Continuum of Care.
The Harford Roundtable meets at least bi-monthly. The forum provides opportunities to share information and network among human service providers seeking to address the needs of their homeless clients. The group also provides informational sessions of issues facing human service providers.
