TEACHER CHARGED WITH CHILD SEX ABUSE
The Harford County Child Advocacy Center has filed child sexual abuse charges against Daniel E. Harner, a 4th grade teacher at the Harford Day School. The Center investigated in response to a complaint from the family of a student at the school that Harner had fondled the student. The incident allegedly occured on Monday the 7th of July at the school. Harner was taken into custody on July 9th and charged with four counts, which are Child Abuse, 3rd Degree Sex Offense, 4th Degree Sex Offense and 2nd Degree Assault.
The Center is still investigating and are asking anyone with relevant information to contact the Child Advocacy Center at 410-638-3294.
