The Harford County Child Advocacy Center is currently investigating a child abduction and sexual assault which occurred in the area of Church Creek Road located in Belcamp, Harford County, Maryland. The incident occurred on Sunday, August 10, 2003 at approximately 6:30 PM. The suspect is a white male with black hair and was wearing blue jeans and a short sleeve shirt. The suspect allegedly lured the 4 year old boy into his white four door vehicle and drove to an undisclosed location where he sexually assaulted the minor victim. The minor victim was returned to the area of Church Creek Road where he was dropped off by the suspect.
