BRINKS ROBBERY CHARGES TO BE DROPPED
Harford County State's Attorney Joe Cassilly will drop all charges against Oladeji O. Olaore in connection with an alleged armored truck robbery that was reported at the Harford Mall on 18 November 2004. "I have read several witness' statements and reviewed a Mall security tape and can find no evidence that Mr. Olaore was in possession of a gun, assaulted the guard or demanded money," Cassilly explained as his reasons for dropping the charges. Cassilly has also decided not to charge the Brink's guard in connection with the shooting. "Although it was not the best decision, no one was hurt and the affected parties can resolve this among themselves," said Cassilly.
