CHILD MOLESTER ARRESTED
On March 21, 2006, David B. Mentzer of Joppa, Maryland was arrested and charged with Sexual Child Abuse of a minor, Sexual Offense in the Third Degree and Sexual Offense in the Fourth Degree. The arrest arose out of an investigation conducted by the Harford County Child Advocacy Center.
It is alleged that while Mentzer's wife taught adult students Mentzer had access to their children. Investigators are attempting to locate students who brought their children to Mentzer's residence during lessons.If anyone has any information regarding this investigation, please contact the Harford County Child Advocacy Center at 410-638-3294.
