PARENTS ARRESTED FOR INFANT'S DEATH.
Two Harford County residents were arrested on August 30, 2007 on charges of Second Degree Murder, First Degree Child Abuse resulting in death, and Second Degree child abuse, after a Harford County Grand Jury returned indictments against them. Richard Mosely, age 22 and Giovanna Mosely, age 26 were charged with the offenses arising from the death of their infant son, Seth Mosely. Seth Mosely, age 7 weeks, was found unresponsive in the family's Abingdon apartment on April 10, 2007. An autopsy performed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the infant's death a homicide. The Moselys are being held at the Harford County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
The case is being investigated by the Harford County Sheriff's Department and the Harford County State's Attorney's Office.
