HAYES CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGARPHY
Walter Arthur Hayes of 401 Clover Street, Aberdeen, Harford County, Maryland 21001 has been charged with one countof possession ofchild pornography. The investigation beganafter his wife brought computer media and other evidence to the attention of the Harford County Child Advocacy Center. Hayes was arrested in Delaware and is refusing to be extradicted to Maryland. Hayes was a clerical employee with the Department of Parole and Probation.
The investigation is continuing and the findings will be presented to the Grand Jury.
