CHILD PORNOGRAPHER ARRESTED
Thomas A. Kaiser, 53, of Forest Hill, Maryland was indicted in two separate cases by the grand jury for Harford County on January 22, 2008. Kaiser was arrested on Friday evening the 25th of January.
In the first indictment, Kaiser was charged with the Sexual Child Abuse of two minors, conspiracy to commit Sexual Child Abuse with Bruce Krumrine, as well as for the production and possession of child pornography. Krumrine has been charged by authorities in Pennsylvania for sexually molesting the female minor. The events that are the subject of these charges took place in 2007.
In the second indictment, Kaiser was charged with Sexual Offense in the Second and Third Degree for acts perpetrated on a then 13 year old female. The events that are the subject of these charges took place in 1981.Kaiser is being held in the Harford County Detention Center in lieu of $2,000,000 bail.
