The following is the new process for delivering your bids and proposals:
Please drop off your bids and proposals using the locker system in the lobby of 220 S Main Street in the Harford County Administration building. There are self-guiding instructions on the electronic screen of the system. This system provides us with a date and time record of your drop-off. Receipts for bid/proposal drop-off will no longer be issued by our deputies. Bids and proposals may also still be delivered by USPS or shipping carrier of your choice. In the event the county is closed on the date and time a bid is due, the bid will be due the next business day at the same time. Bidders are responsible for checking the county website for closure updates.
