Project Healthy Delivery is an innovative program that was developed to address the problem of nearly 100 babies born to drug addiction in Harford County each year.
The program's mission is to give newborns the best chance for a healthy life through reducing substance abuse and the addiction of pregnant mothers. The Office of Drug Control Policy is collecting new baby items such as pacifiers, bibs, clothes, onesies, diapers, rattles, etc. in their original packaging to be used as incentives to help pregnant women remain in treatment programs.
