HarCo Mobile App

We have a brand new mobile app to provide a connection between Harford County and you!

HarCo Mobile is the official mobile app for Harford County Government. The app provides citizens, businesses and visitors with convenient access to county services, information and resources. Features include: News, Calendar, Facilities, Mini-apps and sign up for notifications.

To download the app on an Apple or Android device, follow the instructions below.

Clicking Link

  1. Visit iTunes on your mobile device.
  2. Click the download button.
  3. Once the CivicMobile app has finished downloading, open the app.
  4. Use your current location or type Harford County, MD into the search box.
  5. Choose Harford County to open the app.

App Store

  1. Open the App Store app on your mobile device.
  2. Click on the Search icon on the bottom and search for CivicMobile.
  3. Click the download button.
  4. Once the CivicMobile app has finished downloading, open the app.
  5. Use your current location or type Harford County, MD into the search box.
  6. Choose Harford County to open the app.
