CRT (tube/console/projection), plasma, LED/LCD TVs and CRT computer monitors can be disposed of at the Harford Waste Disposal Center (HWDC) but are subject to the residential flat fee for waste disposal as listed on the HWDC Disposal Fees and Information page.

Charges

Most electronics recycling is free. Charges do apply if the resident also has household trash in the same trip. This includes all TVs and computer monitors. 

All residential vehicles must present a valid Maryland driver’s license and registration with a current Harford County address.
